Introduction Class
Beginners are assigned an instructor with a class enrollment of no smaller than 5 but no bigger than 10 students where he/she learns responsibility, respect for authority, academic achievement, self-confidence, and personal protection.

Beginner's Class
An excellent source of physical fitness, stress relief and self-defense development. This class is suitable for students that are ready for more than just the basics and he/she is comfortable with moving to another class where he/she will get the opportunity to meet other students with new skills to share.
